We’ve moved off the Nowsite platform. During the switch, uploads paused—hence the gap in fresh content. You’ll start seeing new trainings as soon as you reactivate your account on the new platform.

Use the same email address you originally registered with. This lets us automatically verify your existing membership and unlock your legacy content and billing settings.

Once you’re inside the new platform, you’ll be prompted to update your password.

Step 1: Choose your current plan (Monthly or Annual) on the reactivation page using your original email. 

Step 2: Confirm/update your profile & payment details. You will not be charged now. That’s it—you’re back in!

Not at all. Legacy members get permanent streaming access to all past daily Insider trainings (7 months of content). They’ll stay in your library as long as your membership is active.

• Monthly members: Next charge on August 15, 2025.

• Annual members: Next charge on February 15, 2026.

If you bought an annual plan after January 1, 2025, our team will manually push your renewal two extra months as well. Email support@goproinsider.com for help.

The new system needs a valid payment method on file to secure your future renewal date, but no charge is run until your next billing date.
