The term “Go Pro Insider” (or “we”, “us”, or “our”) in this Privacy Policy refers to Go Pro Insider LLC. and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Go Pro Insider LLC is the data controller in respect of personal data processing described in this Notice.

Personal Data We Collect
You may choose to provide us with your personal data when you visit the Site, such as name, contact information, residential address, login data (including username and picture), payment information, the network marketing company that you are associated with, and personal interest and preference information, as well as other information that you provide when you sign up for a Go Pro Insider membership, send us your name and contact information in connection with an inquiry, or engage in any Q&A’s, forums, apps, social media pages or other events that Go Pro Insider controls. Where you engage in our interactive training sessions, we may also collect video and voice recordings.

Our Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
We generally process your personal data for the purposes described above because we have a legitimate interests in operating, managing, and improving the Site, our processing of personal data is necessary for those purposes, and our interests in doing so are not overridden by the fundamental rights and freedoms of users of the Site.

Verifying Requests. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your deletion or correction request. We do not knowingly process sensitive personal data. We also do not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers, as defined in the CPA.
Your Colorado Privacy Rights
If you are a Colorado consumer who interacts with us in an individual or household capacity (and not in a commercial or employment context), you have the right to: (1) request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data; and (2) opt-out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to obtain your personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the personal data to another entity. To submit an opt-out request as an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer, please email support@networkmarketingpro.com with the subject line “CO Authorized Agent Request.”
Verifying Requests. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your deletion or correction request. If you request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, we may require you to verify your email address or phone number in our records and/or provide any of the following information:
- Contact information (such as name, email, and city and state of residence); and
- An indication of your prior contact with Go Pro Insider (such as date of prior contact with a Go Pro Insider customer service representative or other contact).
In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we may require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. If you designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf, we may require the authorized agent to provide proof that you have given them signed permission to make the request.
